CHILDREN’S MINISTRY

In addition to the activities provided to our children though Christian Education and the Youth Ministry, the children’s ministry at Triumphant is supplemented by Children’s church. Children’s church is held for children up to the age of 12 on the second, third and fourth Sunday of each month during the morning worship service. The focus of this ministry is to provide child-centred, activity-based Bible teaching that will help children to form a relationship with God and build their faith. The children learn songs, bible stories, how to pray, how to testify of God’s goodness and generally acceptable behaviours in the worship environment. The children are led by teams of high school students who, with adult support, prepare and present the agenda and activities. Since this is an interactive forum, the children are given many opportunities to participate and share their own talents and giftings.
