Proverbs 31:10, 23, 26, 28
Who can find a virtous woman? for her price is far above rubies.
Her husband is know in the gates when he sitteth among the elders
of the land. She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tonge
is the law of kindness. Her children arise up, and call her blessed;
her husband also, and he priseth her.

About the First Lady
First Lady Sonia Nunes was born and raised in Bombay,
Manchester, Jamaica, on November 24th. Her parents are Icema Elizabeth
and William Benjamin Cockett. 1969 was a very eventful year in her
life as she accepted the Lord as Saviour in August, migrated to
Canada in October, and married her best friend, (now Pastor, Elder)
Evon Nunes on November 22nd of the same year.
In 1980, under the ministry of Bishop F. H. Davy,
First Lady Nunes was ordained as a Missionary in the Mount Zion
Tabernacle Church, located then at 275 Vaughn Road in Toronto, Ontario.
There she also served as a faithful and fervent member of the famous
'Vaughn Road choir' and became a woman of prayer and fasting and
a passionate declarer of the word of God. It was during those years
of her ministry at Vaughn Road that the Lord was grooming her for
her future role, that of, First Lady of Triumphant Church.
First Lady, Missionary Sonia Nunes is a very active
woman of God. She works the altar, presides over the Ladies Ministry,
teaches the New Converts class, organizes the Tuesday night prayer
services and preaches the Gospel. These roles are in addition to
being a faithful wife, a role model, a friend, a confidant, a professional
and career woman, a loving mother, and recently, a proud grandmother.
Whenever she stands before the congregation, Missionary Nunes never
fails to remind the audience about the goodness of God to His people
and encourages the saints to show gratitude and offer praises to
Jesus for His provisions and protection.
